My darling .........
I am watching the River Lee
In the mist of the city " Cork "
The River is flowing
Days and nights
To the sea ...
The green grass of scent
The brewery of scent
From the beer factories
Coming through ....
Mixing up to my nose
I couldn't separate it
From the coffee shops
I got some smell of
Cappuccino and or Espresso ?
But, I couldn't separate it
Ladies shopping in Down store
Men's drinking in irsih style Pubs
Guinness and Murphy ?
If you are not used to be
You could be mistake
Girls are standing ...
Near the St. Patrick street
Waiting for ....
Boys are going to ...
The Playground to paly Hurling*
With a curved wooden stick
Taxi drivers are
Standing near their cars
Waiting for the travellers
The Rain drops kissed my face
Without declaration
The Wind of Cork
Persuaded me ....
All of those ....
You couldn't believe me
How could i explain to you ?
It is like .....
